Elementiq is a card game brand operated by Zattu Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada. Throughout these Terms, “ElementIQ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zattu Inc. and the Elementiq brand, as applicable.
By accessing our website, purchasing an Elementiq product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Our website and online store are intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement.

If a significant delay occurs, we will provide information about the delay and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Additional terms disclosed on a particular pre-order page may also apply to that purchase.
We may offer promotions, discounts, giveaways, bundles, promotional codes, or other special offers from time to time.
Such offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, quantity limits, or other conditions disclosed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We may cancel or refuse a promotion where we reasonably determine that it has been obtained through fraud, misuse, technical error, or violation of the applicable promotional terms, subject to applicable law.
The Elementiq website and its content, including the Elementiq name and branding, game concepts and materials to the extent protected by applicable intellectual-property law, card artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, product designs, written content, photographs, videos, website design, downloadable materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Zattu Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us or by applicable law, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.
Purchasing an Elementiq product gives you ownership of the physical copy purchased. It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant you commercial rights to reproduce or distribute the game or its protected content.
We welcome customers sharing their enjoyment of Elementiq.
You may photograph or record yourself, your family, or others with appropriate permission playing ElementIQ and share that content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not:

You retain ownership of content that you own.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
We may remove User Content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
If User Content includes identifiable children, we may require appropriate parent or guardian authorization before using it for marketing or promotional purposes.
